Just updated the app and had to reactivate my digital subscription and after all that still cannot access any of the digital issues: it keeps asking me to pay for them! Please fix!

It seems to me that it is about time Rogers fixed these two apps. Neither has worked since the update. Hopefully we will see our subscriptions extended once this is sorted out. How many issues do we have to miss?
The most recent updates this month have left the app nonfunctional. Ive been trying to update my issue for over a week now unsuccessfully . Nothing works, youd think people pay good money for a subscription that they would get better than this crap.

I updated to the most recent version and new magazines arent showing up. I restarted the app and deleted and reinstalled and it still didnt work.
This App does not work for me since the update, I have called Hello several times no solution. Very discouraged with the App as I have tried several things nothing works lost my back issues and cannot download the next issue
Everything went fine until the latest upgrade - now I have no access to my library and cant download new issues. Since my subscription is up next month, I am glad that I havent renewed it!!!!!
Like others, I have been blocked from my account since downloading the latest update. Contact to customer service has been disappointing. They send me to iTunes but I dont think thats the source of the problem. I am sorry that I recently renewed my subscription that I now cant use.
Does not deserve even one star- the app does not work.
I have a print subscription, and I also like to view the magazine on my iPad. Every time there is a new issue, I have to resubscribe. It is so annoying, I have stopped using the iPad. Not a great way to build a clientele.
The magazine is beautiful, just like the paper version with extra iPad content. I find it easy to navigate and read. Gave it a four instead of a five, because every time they do an update you have to redownload the magazines. I am a print subscriber and did have some trouble signing back on after the last update but it is working fine now.
I had a 6 month subscription that was offered through my cell phone provider. I was able to download 2 editions. Now, I cannot access my subscription. I cannot sign in or anything.

My wife has a print subscription and I purchased the app so she could read it on my Ipad. Cannot sign in to the app, even with her subscription number. Rubbish!
How come the latest issue is not showing up on the newsstand? I reinstalled the app and it is still not working.

Just subscribed to Hello Canada, and only complaint is would like to see the pages rearranged to be able to read landscaped and go in one direction only. Wasnt sure if I missed something because it is very confusing which way to go next.
I love the Hello magazine but always seem to have trouble getting the download on my ipad.Why?Have had it but now cant seem to get it!
