App no longer works on an ipad 2 with ios 9.3.5

The Hello Canada app no longer works on the ipad 2 with ios 9.3.5. It does work on an ipad mini with ios 10. As the ipad 2 cannot be upgraded to ios 10, this app is no longer useful on an older apple device like the ipad 2.

Hello magazine terrible ap

I spend more time trying to download my magazines which you quickly took my payment for, then the time I spend enjoying reading it. Fix this NOW as I am advising everyone to avoid buying magazines from the ap store as they do not work properly. I use Zinio and ave never had a problem.

Well see. The Apps (Rogers Macleans and Hello! Canada) both seems to be working now. But the useless run arounds presented and all my wasted time have left me jaded and furious. You could have just admitted the problems a month ago and offered to extend our subscriptions once the problems were created. Canned instructions that didnt work, otherwise total silence! No compensation; no apology; and,a no refund policy show total disrespect to your customers.

Not sure anymore if the frustration of downloading this magazine is worth it. Extremely disappointed even with the latest update... Needs to be fixed or Im out!!!

The last two issues open for five seconds and then close. I cant read it. There is something wrong with the last update. Please fix it.

App keeps closing as it is constantly trying to refresh. tried all the recommended fixes and nothing works. Last update broke it

Cannot read mag

Have bought many issues and today took out a renewable ipad subscription. Many attempts to open and read the latest (March 4) issue once revealed momentary glimpses of the odd page, but then switched back to the library and the prompt to view the current issue. I gave up after two hours and have since tried to delete the App entirely. To no avail. If anyone connected to Hello or the creation and ongoing development of this App actually reads this, please FIX this problem. Meanwhile ll see what I can do about getting my money back!

Would be nice to actually have this app work. Waste of money as it closes every five seconds. Why am I paying for something that doesnt work and why cant I delete my subscription???

Disappointing after OS updates

Worked great before I did the last two OS updates on my iPad now it keeps closing before I can even turn the page. Disappointing

Hello Canada

I thought it would be nice to have this magazine to read while travelling however it would not complete the download & kept going back to the beginning & trying over again. I bought 500 megs on a 3 G network twice & somehow it used up all the data twice, costing me $40 & no magazine. Too costly an experience to bother with.

Poor customer service

I was unable to retrieve my weekly Hello magazine and was very frustrated. After numerous emails back and forth, following their instructions, I sent further notes to them and was finally instructed to go to ITunes. It turns out my subscription had expired. Why didnt Hello send me a reminder of the expiration or at the very least, when I reported the problem, check my file and tell me to renew. Most magazines want your business. What is your policy. I enjoy the magazine but my rating is indicative of the quality of your support team. I spent many frustrating hours trying to get the magazine. What kind of compensation will I receive from you?

Awful App - crappy customer service

The app is crap. They offer you a free one month with a subscription - but the problem is you cant subscribe - you can only buy one magazine at a time. There is a support email but its invalid and comes back undeliverable. Just an all around useless crappy app and non- existent customer service. I would give this no stars but it also forces you to give it at least one star which also is crappy.

My hello magazine no longer works. I have a 1st gen Ipad and the new magazines no longer update on the app. I have emailed the company, but they are ignoring me.

Hello app

Got email asking me to install update Installed update, now cant login. It knows me as I can see my account but cant login to app Bad software I was a developer for 40 years

App still does not work!

Poorly designed app as the login page to activate a digital subscription does not respond and/or one cannot sign in to view it. I rate the app a "0" as it does not work.

Terrible since update

Spend 36 minutes tonight trying to upgrade. Wont let me sign in and when I do, if I get in, apparently have to upload all magazine editions all over again. That will take hours!
