I was unable to retrieve my weekly Hello magazine and was very frustrated. After numerous emails back and forth, following their instructions, I sent further notes to them and was finally instructed to go to ITunes.
It turns out my subscription had expired. Why didnt Hello send me a reminder of the expiration or at the very least, when I reported the problem, check my file and tell me to renew. Most magazines want your business. What is your policy.
I enjoy the magazine but my rating is indicative of the quality of your support team.
I spent many frustrating hours trying to get the magazine. What kind of compensation will I receive from you?
