Cannot read mag

Have bought many issues and today took out a renewable ipad subscription. Many attempts to open and read the latest
(March 4) issue once revealed momentary glimpses of the odd page, but then switched back to the library and the prompt to view the current issue. I gave up after two hours and have since tried to delete the App entirely. To no avail. If anyone connected to Hello or the creation and ongoing development of this App actually reads this, please FIX this problem. Meanwhile ll see what I can do about getting my money back!
